The USS New York built with steal salvaged from the World Trade Center Towers and after having been commissioned in a ceremony on November 8th in New York City sailes out from under the Varranzano-Narrows Bridge as it leaves New York City and New York Harbor. To the right is the Romer Shoal Lighthouse.
