(PMONMOUTH) Sea Bright 8/28/2002 Bill Rainaud of Middletown, a employee of Leonardo State Marina tries to keep his balance as he heads to the stern (rear of boat) to drive it to the launch ramp. One of the 2 marina's floating docks broke due to the weather. He used the boat to secure the remains of the floating dock at the mouth of the marina. Michael J. Treola Staff Photographer........MJT
